We are hiring for Mechanical Manager

KRAs:-

1. Sourcing of Module Mounting structures, walkways, Cable trays, and poles according to the procurement process, which includes sending RFPs, receiving offers from vendors, evaluating offers technically and commercially, benchmarking prices, conducting pre-bid meetings, carrying out negotiations, and awarding contracts to successful bidders.
2. Monitoring the Procurement Process and documenting records.
3. Following up with vendors to ensure adherence to timelines and delivery of materials as per the order and project schedule.
4. Monitoring work in progress and coordinating with the production team to resolve issues related to all open orders.
5. Coordinating with the QA inspection team for compliance and timely issuance of the MDCC (Material Dispatch Clearance Certificate).
6. Coordinating with the Billing, Accounting, and Stores teams for timely bill booking and reconciliation.
7.The employee should have knowledge of ERP systems, specifically SAP.
