Note: Candidate should be ready for any location in Assam

Qualification: Min B.tech or MBA would be preferred

Year of Experience: Min 4-8 years

Job Description:
1.Operational Knowledge of Logistics.
2. Ability to identify problems related to the hub, taking appropriate action for resolution.
3. Skill and knowledge of operating ERP used in logistics/supply chain and related industry.
4. Experience of leading and coaching Hub operations and support teams will be preferred.
5. Has the ability to identify, analyze and propose solutions for effective and efficient Hub operations.
6. Has the ability to communicate in the most effective manner with juniors, peers, seniors, customers
and vendors.
7. Awareness of statutory compliances required for successfully operating a Hub in specific area / region.
8. Should be able to coordinate with vendors and 3rd Party partners.
Preferred Industry: Logistics/ Couriers/Retail/FMCG/FMCD industry
